Dental Coverage
We offer two voluntary dental plans tailored to your needs. Employees
can choose coverage through a plan that provides you with a network
of qualified dental providers or you may choose a plan where you
can choose any licensed dental provider.
Basic and Additional Life Insurance
Layton Graphics provides all of its employees a $20,000 life insurance
policy at no cost. We offer additional life insurance up to $30,000
through employee contributions.
Short Term Disability (STD)
Our voluntary STD plan provides bi-weekly benefit payments for
loss of income in the event of a total disability that results
from a non-occupational Accident or Sickness for up to 26 weeks.
401-k Plan
To be eligible to enroll in Layton Graphics, Inc. 401 k Plan,
employees must be 21 or older and completed 1 year of service
including a minimum of 1000 hours. Employees can contribute between
1% and 12% of pay. Layton Graphics, Inc. will match 50% of employee
contributions up to 6% of compensation. New participants may roll
over assets from former qualified plans into this 401 k plan.
